The Tower and Korafax farming continues, and under a full moon we celebrate the harvest!!!
So as we prepare for the next expansion, we are refining our Tricks, and earning our Treats!

Five Rings has been busy lately... sure there may not be much new content to break into, but that doesn't mean we are bored or on vacation... quite the opposite really!





We tried the actual farming thing, but pulling weeds, and picking crops just isn't my idea of a good time - soooooo,
While the news of the new expansion is just starting to come out, we are already getting prepared by growing stronger by the day!
We are kicking butt, gearing up, and refining our technique... all while having fun! (How many guilds can say they enjoy farming?)
We aren't exactly taking it easy, but the events just seem to be getting easier and easier.
Giants Giants Giants is now on the agenda while it lasts, and soon that will be conquered as well!
So, until harvest time... or I loose my shovel and have a beer instead- take care from 5R!!!

Brekt laughed... but there was nothing funny... yet. As we stood there, readying our weapons, he stood there... taunting... laughing... yet he was about to learn a lesson... in humility! The battle begun - the winds stirred once again... as the tower began to crumble, Brekt was no longer laughing. The spells were being cast... the swords of 5R's best were slashing... and the power of Discord was crumbling... After the smoke cleared and the wounds were being bandaged... there stood 5R, with a well deserved victory that was earned through the hard work of the entire guild. Job well done, Timelords...

Dark shadows loom ahead... the wind is howling, lightning stikes the crest of the Tower of Discord... there stands 5R's raid force... face to face with the master of the tower... the fiend that is the apex of all this evil from Discord... the battle awaits! --but how did it come to this?

Sacrafice! No no... we didn't send in our famous Paladin ramp tank as a Dwarven Sacrafice to start the event... we were there to free the King Gelidran and Queen Pyronis from the evil clutches of the Discord Corrupters. This event has us trying to help the hot queen by kicking some butt... killing bazus , a few named mobs, and those wierd corrupters that had some kind of link to each other. Not to mention they were all dressed in drag and wearing skirts, which we quickly remedied with our weapons. (ahem... the ends of our swords as it were... not sure what you were thinking about- )

After our encounter with the cross-dressing corrupters, we moved on to Zun Muram! This dude had 2 heads... that we knew of... and lots of friends that made this timed event a real hassel. That is, until we pulled out some old-school touches that made this event actually quite enjoyable! (Yes, I know... "touch" and "enjoyable" ha ha - moving on- ) This goofy freak show included the goat-lady, the snake charmer, and some see-thru freak that lives in a bubble! We even managed to get a special surprise in the loot chest, although I am still trying to figure out if that was supposed to be a snack, or some kind of kickball... After toying with our loot (he hehe) we clicked our way to the top of the tower to come face to face with Lord Brekt... stay tuned for more!
