Last night, May 3rd, we held Open Raid night. Our raid filled up within minutes! We would like to thank our 30ish guests for coming, as well as our members that worked hard to have such a fun raid night.
I'm hoping that we can have open raids like this once or twice a month.
I'd also like to mention, we are currently accepting applications for DPS classes!

Tier 3 VoA is moving right along, the King of Beasts defeated and on farm status each week. The picture below shows our raid trophies in the guild hall, overlooking where we set up for the evening.

After the hardships in Miragul's earlier in the week, FIVE RINGS has put to rest The Awakening, after a 90-minute peek yesterday, followed by three hours tonight. With the final Tier 3 event in HoT completed, we're all looking forward to farming some keys and jumping into Tier 4.

This event was challenging to be sure. With the banner planted firmly in the ground; our dwarves planted firmly on the front lines, two evenings on phase 2 brought us victory. We even managed to strip half a level off Luxem along the way.

With a fist full of keys, we headed off to FEAR this week, requesting an audience with Cazic Thule. We soon found out were were unwelcome guests as Fright, Dread, and Terror descended upon us. After a few runs on phase 1, Cazic Thule himself dropped on our second foray into phase 2. Well done, thanks for all the hard work this week, FIVE RINGS ...

Just a quick update as to what we've been up to the last few weeks, the screenie, below, tells the story. Over the last week, we jumped into World's End to have a chat with Al'Kabor. While he remains undefeated thus far, check back soon to see the WIN!. We continue to farm Library, Well, Torches, Upper House, and some other light raids every week. At every opportunity, we clear Convorteum to collect the heads of the First Creation to complete Coldain Shawl quests for all those tradeskill fanatics in-guild.

FIVE RINGS has vanquished 22 NEW EVENTS since the expansion release of HoT, placing us in great position to polish off the last 11 remaining in the game. We currently have a great balance between farming, dedicating prime time towards progression, and still maintaining a life outside the game =) Numbers have been excellent, boasting a small wait channel every evening.
